We use a compostable base, natural moss, and twine instead of the usual plastic tray and oasis foam in their construction. As a result the flowers tend to sit in a looser, slightly more relaxed way, and this technique is ideally suited to a wilder, natural or woodland vibe, rather than a very uniform formal arrangement. Our eco Heart is handmade by the florist in Dogwood and the flowers and foliage are bound onto the Heart using twine for a beautiful natural effect.
