My floral gift was delivered on time & kept in great condition.From the website I ordered a lovely looking display of flowers as a birthday present from my Uncle to my Aunt. I'm always dubious about ordering flowers on line because they're often not great. This time I was truly absolutely delighted! A variation of flowers in bud & bloom, they were absolutely beautiful and delivered on time in perfect condition. They held their condition for about 2.5 weeks.. The delivery was beyond expectation, my wife was so impressed with the delivery man's attention to making it special! Thankyou very much!! The flowers my wife was over the moon.....a photo was sent to me, I was a little bit under whelmed, only because on the website it shows at least a dozen roses and she only got one. Fantastic service! I ordered last minute and asked if same day delivery was possible. I received a call to advise it was extremely busy and that they would do all they can to try and deliver on the same day and gave an alternative date if they couldn???t. The shop is inundated with orders at a difficult time but they delivered on the same day. The flowers were beautiful and put a smile on my friends face on what should have been her hen party. Time and speed of service is excellent. I had a query regarding an email confirmation that said the flowers had been sent when it had not. I was told that the email confirmation was an error and received an apology. I appreciate the honesty of the response and the feedback. Mum loved the flowers which arrived on Friday within the time agreed. Really easy to use website, great selection. I was even more impressed by the fact I ordered them at 13.58 and they were delivered by 16.35 same day! That is impressive. Loved that the florist sent me a picture of the flowers, as you don't always get to see the end result (nice touch).I ordered flowers that came in a tin / box so they were low maintenance for the recipient. I have been told they were perfect and last beautifully beyond 7days.
